摘　　要：医院的绩效管理作为医院精细化管理中的一环,是十分重要的部分,如何充分运用绩效基础数据并发挥其内在价值成为提升绩效管理的关键。基于此,医院应以医疗大数据作为数据支撑,更加全面系统地反映其绩效数据的内在价值,使绩效管理更科学、更透明、更公正,保证医院绩效管理目标的实现,促进医院良性发展。Hospital performance management is a very important part of the hospital’s refined management.How to make full use of basic performance data and give full play to its intrinsic value has become the key to improving performance management.Based on this condition,hospitals should use medical big data as data support to more comprehensively and systematically reflect the intrinsic value of their performance data,make more scientific,transparent and fair performance management,ensure the realization of hospital performance management goals,and promote the healthy development of hospitals.
