摘　　要：随着经济的发展和时代的进步,就业竞争也变得越来越激烈,当代大学生的就业压力也在随之不断加大。据相关研究表明职业社会支持对大学生的职业适应和就业能力有正向影响,大学生职业适应与职业社会化之间存在中介关系,所以需要不断提高大学生的就业能力。此外,积极主动的人格在职业适应和就业能力之间具有调节作用。更具体地说,更高积极性人格水平增强了职业适应能力。所以大学生的就业能力是多方面决定的,需要进行综合考量。With the development of economy and the progress of the times,the employment competion is becoming more and more fierce,and the employment pressure of contemporary college students is also increasing.According to relevant studies,occupational social support has a positive impact on college students'occupational adaptation and employability.There is a mediating relationship between college students'occupational adaptation and occupational socialization,so it is necessary to continuously improve college students'employability.In addition,proactive personality has a moderating effect on the relationship between occupational adaptation and employability.More specifically,the higher positive personality level enhances the vocational adaptability.Therefore,the employability of college students is determined by many aspects and needs to be considered comprehensively.
