摘　　要：我国高校毕业生数量逐年上升,就业压力日愈增大,如何帮助学生就业成为高校研究重点。许多高校更重视理工科专业的实践教学,对于人文社科类学生的自主创业意识培养明显不足,这就使得人文社科类的学生在就业方面远远比理工科学生要困难许多,显然当前这种教育模式并不适合社会的高速发展,所以,重视人文社科类专业学生的自主创业意识的培养至关重要。该文主要对培养师范院校人文社科专业学生创业意识的意义、创业意识培养过程中存在的问题以及具体措施进行分析。The number of college graduates in China is increasing, and the employment pressure is increasing.How to help students find jobs has become the focus of college research. In many colleges and universities, more attention is paid to the practical teaching of science and engineering majors, and less attention is paid to the cultivation of the independent entrepreneurship consciousness of the students of Humanities and Social Sciences, which makes the employment of the students of Humanities and Social Sciences much more difficult than that of science and engineering. Obviously, the current education mode is not suitable for the rapid development of the current society, so,it is very important to pay attention to the cultivation of self-entrepreneurship consciousness of students majoring in humanities and social sciences. This paper mainly analyzes the significance, problems and specific measures of cultivating the entrepreneurial consciousness of the students majoring in Humanities and Social Sciences in normal universities.
