摘  要:社会高等教学规模的不断拓展,进一步扩大了来华留学教育数量,对现阶段留学生管理提出了新挑战,逐渐构成留学生跨文化管理新问题。拥有不同文化特征的留学生进入高校校园当中,给留学生之间、留学生与中方学生之间带来一定的文化差异,给留学生管理带来了巨大困难。现阶段主要是以以人为本教育观念为基础,学生跨文化管理具有较强服务性,跨文化管理意义在于能更好服务来华学生,提升管理的规范性和发展性内涵水平,促进留学生专业知识发展的同时有利于在管理中实现留学生的跨文化交流与融合,既提高留学生对中国的文化在内的各方面认识与理解,也充分合理利用校内的国际性资源。The continuous expansion of the scale of social higher education has further expanded the number of overseas education in China,posed new challenges to the management of international students at this stage,and gradually formed a new problem of international students’ cross-cultural management.Foreign students with different cultural characteristics enter the university campus,which brings certain cultural differences between foreign students,between foreign students and Chinese students,and brings great difficulties to the management of foreign students.At this stage,it is mainly based on the people-oriented educational concept.The cross-cultural management of students has strong service,the significance of cross-cultural management is to better serve students in China,improve the standardization and developmental connotation level of management,promote the development of professional knowledge of foreign students,and help realize cross-cultural exchange and integration of foreign students in management,It can not only improve students’ understanding and understanding of Chinese culture,but also make full and rational use of international resources in the University.
