摘　　要：目的为最大化发挥卫生健康数据价值,分析总结海南省全民健康信息平台数据质量治理工作,明确下一阶段工作方向。方法借鉴、吸收其他省数据质量治理的思路,结合自身信息化现状,建立健全工作机制,制定符合本省数据质量治理体系(通过数据采集—数据评价标准及数据质控—得分结果反馈的流程)。结果整体医疗机构数据质量得分明显提高,能客观、真实地反映医疗机构服务水平,能作为支撑其他系统的数据源。结论数据质量是发挥数据价值和辅助管理决策的前提,通过建立评价标准体系以及配套的工作机制等,可促进卫生健康数据治理正向循环,助力“数字海南”建设。Objective To maximize the value of health data,analyze and summarize the data quality management work of Hainan National Health Information Platform,and clarify the direction of the next stage of work.Methods Learn from and absorb the ideas of data quality governance in other provinces,combine with the current situation of informatization,establish and improve the working mechanism,and formulate a data quality governance system of the province(through the process of data collectiondata evaluation standards and data quality control-score and feedback).Result The overall score of data quality of medical institutions has been significantly improved,which could objectively and truly reflect the service level of medical institutions,and serve as a data source to support other systems.Conclusion Data quality is the premise of exerting the value of data and assisting management decisions.By establishing an evaluation standard system and supporting working mechanisms,it can promote the positive cycle of health data governance and help the construction of"Digital Hainan".
