摘　　要：目的通过建立中医影像专病库,促进中医药循证医学研究关键技术支撑平台的建设。方法遵循国内外相关标准,以医院归档存储的医学影像为基础资源,结合重点病种专病数据库,通过中医疾病证型与影像数据相结合,建立中医影像专病库,实现影像数据与中医临床数据的多模态融合。结果通过病证结合,共纳入影像学检查报告40余万份,涵盖30余类检查项目,总计700余个结构化变量。结论中医循证影像专病库的建设,将在推动我国中医药循证发展方面发挥重要作用。Objective To promote the construction of key technical support platform for TCM evidencebased medicine research by establishing a TCM imaging database for specialized disease.Methods In accordance with relevant standards at home and abroad,combined with the database of key diseases and special diseases,through the combination of TCM disease syndrome type and image data,the TCM evidence-based imaging database was established to realize multi-modal fusion of image data and TCM clinical data.Results Through the combination of disease and syndrome,a total of more than 400,000imaging examination reports were included,covering more than 30 kinds of examination items and a total of more than 700 structural variables.Conclusion The construction of TCM evidence-based imaging database will play an important role in promoting TCM evidence-based development in China.
