基于SPD供采平台的院内药品物流延伸服务实践

摘　　要：目的实现药品闭环管理,降低药品和耗材的管理成本。方法对医院药品供应现状、药品供应流程以及所涉及的医院信息系统进行充分调研,在此基础上设计院内药品物流延伸服务方案。通过线上引入SPD平台,并改造HIS药品入库、出库功能,线下药房合并,药品配送模式改变,实现了药品采购流程改造及院内药品物流延伸。结果实现了药房合并、采购计划的自动生成与上传、SPD供采平台与医院信息系统的无缝对接,打通了医院与企业的信息通路。结论通过院内药品物流延伸服务和药品闭环管理,实现了二级库直配和最大程度药库零库存管理目标。Objective Realize the close-loop management of medicines and reduce the management cost of drugs and consumables.Methods On the basis of investigation of the current situation of hospital drug supply and relevant hospital information system,the hospital drug logistics extension service plan is designed.By introducing the SPD platform online and carry out business process transformation according to the optimization scheme,it has realized the transformation of the drug procurement of the drug procurement process and the extension of drug logistics in the hospital.Results It has realized the merger of pharmacies,the automatic generation and upload of purchase plans,the seamless connection between SPD platform and hospital information system,and opened up the information channel between hospital and enterprise.Conclusion Through the extended service of in-hospital drug logistics and closedloop management of drugs,the goal of direct distribution in secondary warehouses and the management of zero inventory in drug warehouses to the greatest extent has been achieved.
