摘  要:目的解决医疗数据共享时患者隐私数据安全、机构间数据标准不统一、数据难以互通等难题,实现在隐私保护下的医疗数据开放与利用。方法基于可信数字身份的区块链应用支撑架构,从医疗共享数据的产生和医疗数据共享使用两个过程阐述医疗数据共享利用的运作原理。将患者可信数字身份与分布式数字信息进行绑定,并以此形成个人账户,形成不可篡改、分布式存储的区块信息。结果基于可信数字身份技术的区块链医疗应用架构,为患者、政府部门、医疗机构、商业公司间提供无差别信任传递,有效避免数据孤岛、身份重复认证、隐私泄露及形式授权等问题。结论区块链医疗应用架构为解决健康医疗数据在医疗机构内部利用、外部共享及保护患者隐私方面提供了理论基础和方法。Objective To solve the problems of medical data sharing,such as security of patient privacy data,inconsistency of data standards between institutions,and the difficulty of data exchange,and realize the opening and utilization of medical data under privacy protection.Methods Through comparative analysis on the generation and application of medical sharing data,using"block chain application architecture based on trusted digital identity technology",the working principle of shared utilization of medical data is expounded.Patients’trusted digital identity is bound to the distributed digital information to form a personal account,and to form a block information that is tamper-proof,with distributed storage.Results The blockchain medical application architecture based on trusted digital identity technology provides undifferentiated trust transmission among patients,government departments,medical institutions and commercial companies,effectively avoiding problems such as data island,identity duplication authentication,privacy disclosure and formal authorization.Conclusion The blockchain medical application architecture provides a theoretical basis for solving the problems of healthcare data utilization within healthcare institutions,external sharing,and protecting patient privacy.
