摘　　要：目的掌握上海市社区卫生服务中心(站)发展的基本情况及其趋势,为推进基层医疗服务发展提供参考。方法根据上海市统计年鉴数据,对2003—2019年全部卫生机构及社区卫生服务中心(站)数量、床位及人员数、病床使用情况、诊疗人次和入院人数等,利用构成比、年度变化百分比、平均年度变化百分比等,采用Joinpoint回归模型进行趋势分析。结果社区卫生服务中心(站)从2003年的102家增加至2019年的2245家。2003—2019年,其床位数、从业人员数、卫生技术人员数量、执业(助理)医师数量、注册护士数量分别占全部卫生机构的13.97%、16.05%、16.38%、19.69%和12.87%。平均开放床位数、诊疗人次、门急诊诊疗人次、入院人数分别占13.20%、33.35%、33.91%和3.37%。结论针对上海市社区卫生服务中心(站)人才建设和机构建设的现状和趋势,精准施策配置资源,促进和完善基层卫生机构建设,以惠及广大居民。Objective To analyze the development trend of community health center(CHCs)in Shanghai from 2003 to 2019,so as to provide a reference for improving primary healthcare service development.Methods Based on the data of Shanghai Statistical Yearbook,this paper analyzes the number of CHCs and health institutions,the number of beds and personnel,the use of beds,the number of patients treated and the number of patients admitted from 2003 to 2019.The composition ratio,annual percentage change(APC),average annual percentage change(AAPC),and the Joinpoint regression model are used to analyze the trend of the indicators of the CHCs.Results The number of CHCs in Shanghai increased from 102 in 2003 to 2245 in 2019.Number of beds,number of employees,health technicians,practicing(Assistant)physicians and registered nurses in CHCs accounted for 13.97%,16.05%,16.38%,19.69%and 12.87%of the numbers in all health institutions,respectively.The average number of open beds,number of patient visits,outpatient and emergency visits,and admissions accounted for 13.20%,33.35%,33.91%and 3.37%,respectively.Conclusion In view of the current situation and trend of talents construction and organizational construction of CHCs in Shanghai,it puts forward to implement precise policies to allocate resources and improve the construction of grass-roots health institutions and benefit more residents.
