摘　　要：通过对板式降膜蒸发器的工作条件及环境的研究,分析了板式降膜蒸发器在使用过程中泄漏的部位及现象,在维修时采用了耐腐蚀高分子材料,进而降低维修成本,延长设备使用寿命5年以上。The leakage part and phenomenon of plate falling film evaporator during operation was analyzed through the study on working conditions and environment of plate falling film evaporator,the corrosion resistance macromolecule materials were used in maintenance,and then the maintenance costs were decreased,the life time of equipment were extended for more than 5 years.
