基于AHP校园足球文化建设 评价指标体系的构建及应用

摘　　要：校园足球文化建设是校园足球工作的重要内容。基于AHP研究范式,综合运用文献分析、360度反馈、德尔菲等方法,构建了包含4个一级指标、13个二级指标、35个三级指标的校园足球文化建设评价指标体系。将所构建的评价指标体系应用于J省G市的16所校园足球特色学校,其评价结果不仅证明该评价体系具有较强的可操作性和科学性,也发现G市校园足球文化建设质量较低、地域发展差异显著的总体特征。进一步深度分析评价结果可知:G市校园足球文化建设存在足球育人属性不突出,领导支持力度不够;基础物质条件匮乏,教师专业能力不高;普及面窄,建设形式单一;实施程序制度不健全,激励机制动力不足等问题。建议相关部门定期开展校园足球文化建设评价工作,督促各学校以本指标体系为参考,有的放矢开展校园足球文化建设工作,切实提升校园足球活动质量。Football culture construction on campus is the important content of campus football work.This study is based on the research paradigm of AHP,comprehensive employment of literature analysis,360-degree feedback,Delphi and other methods to establish a campus football culture construction evaluation index system,which include 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 35 third-level indicators.The evaluation index system is applied to 16 campus football characteristic schools in G City of J Province,and its evaluation results not only prove that the evaluation system has strong maneuverability and scientific nature,but also reveal the overall characteristics of the low quality of campus football culture construction in G City,and there are significant regional development differences.The results of further analysis and evaluation show that there exist the following problems in football culture construction in G City campus:the educational attribute of football is not prominent,and the support from leaders is not enough;the basic material conditions are poor,and the teachers’professional ability is not strong;the popularization is narrow,and the construction form is single;the implementation program system is not perfect,and incentive mechanism is not motivated enough.It is suggested that the relevant departments should carry out the evaluation work of campus football culture construction regularly,urge all schools to take this index system as the criterion,carry out the construction of campus football culture with definite purposes,and improve the quality of campus football activities effectively.
