摘  要:全国硕士研究生招生考试的自命题科目管理工作涉及多部门、多环节的协同。在深化教育评价体系改革、提高硕士研究生人才选拔质量的大背景下,改革研考自命题科目管理标准、提高管理质量成为一项重要课题。将ISO9001质量管理理念引入研考自命题管理流程,通过对过程性标准的理论建构探讨管理路径优化,运用ISO9001的过程方法系统检视研考自命题全过程要素,基于PDCA循环建构研考自命题管理的全流程模型。在此基础上,提出研考自命题管理过程优化建议,包括明确过程阶段、厘清责任主体、强化风险预判、重视评价反馈。The institution-based test management in the graduate entrance examination is a systematic project involving multiple departments and processes.Under the background of deepening the reform of the education evaluation system and improving the selection quality of postgraduate students,constructing procedural standards and improving management quality have become important issues.This study introduces the ISO 9001 quality management concept into the institution-based test management in the graduate entrance examination and discusses its optimization path.Through the theoretical construction of procedural management standards,the paper constructs the process elements using the process approach and the full process model based on the PDCA cycle.On this basis,it summarizes the practical significance of clarifying different stages in the management process,identifying responsible parties,improving risk prediction,achieving process performance,etc.,in order to provide a reference for the future practice of institution-based test management in the graduate entrance examination.
