摘　　要：从教育部对全国研究生招生工作的相关管理规定和研究生招生工作实际出发,基于研究生招生管理的全过程,构建研究生招生风险综合评价体系,并验证该评价体系的信效度。该体系包含招生计划失调、招生宣传失措、命题考试失密、招生复试失序、招生录取失稳5个一级指标和20个二级指标。同时,使用该体系对当前招生风险进行模糊综合评价,识别出存在风险的预警因素,进而提出具有针对性的风险防范对策和建议。所提评价体系在研究生招生风险评估、招生方案预警和招生事件防控方面具有实用价值和应用前景。Originating from the management regulations of the Ministry of Education and the actual graduate enrollment work,and based on the whole process of graduate enrollment management,a comprehensive system for graduate enrollment risk evalucation is constructed and verified,which includes 20 secondary indicators in 5 primary indicators,namely,the imbalance of enrollment plan,the loss of enrollment publicity,the leakage of test information,the disorder of re-examination administration,and the instability of enrollment.At the same time,the above system is used to conduct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the current enrollment risks in China to identify the warning factors based on which targeted risk prevention countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.The proposed system has a practical value and application prospect in the graduate enrollment risk assessment,enrollment scheme warning and enrollment event prevention.
