采煤机滚筒齿座水道结构改进分析

摘  要:为降低采煤机滚筒齿座水道的流动阻力,进而提高齿座喷嘴的雾化效果,提升外喷雾系统喷雾降尘效果。通过数值计算方法研究了改进结构与现有结构水道的流动特性以及齿座的受力分析。研究结果表明:滚筒在割煤过程中齿座受力最大位置在齿套与齿座连接孔处,改进后水道结构对齿座整体应力分布规律以及结构强度影响甚微,并且改进后齿座水道消除局部湍流耗散,流动阻力明显降低。另外,齿座水道改进后能够提高滚筒喷雾降尘效果。In order to reduce the flow resistance of channel of shearer drum tooth seat,then improve the atomization effect of tooth seat nozzle and the spray dust reduction effect of external spray system.The flow characteristics of the improved structure and the existing structure channel and the stress analysis of the tooth seat are studied by numerical calculation method.The research results show that the maximum stress on the drum tooth seat in the coal cutting process is at the connecting hole between tooth sleeve and tooth seat.The improved channel structure has little effect on the overall stress distribution law and structural strength of the tooth seat,and the improved channel of the tooth seat eliminates local turbulent dissipation,and the flow resistance is significantly reduced.In addition,the improvement of the tooth seat channel can improve the spray dust reduction effect of the drum.
