摘　　要：随着社会的不断进步与发展,人们对于物质生活的要求越来越高。进入21世纪以来,高质量的生活追求促进了汽车行业的快速发展。为了满足人们日益增长的物质需求,汽车的生产规模逐渐增大,但是在进行汽车的自动化生产的过程中,随着时间的推移汽车生产线上的设备故障发生的几率逐渐增大,这样的现象对汽车的生产效率产生了一定的影响。本文主要介绍了我司涂装生产线中涂喷涂机器人因老化故障频繁,效率下降而更换。With the continuous progress and development of society,people have higher and higher requirements for material life.Since entering the 21st century,the pursuit of high quality of life has promoted the rapid development of the automotive industry.In order to meet people’s growing material needs,the production scale of automobiles is gradually increasing,but in the process of automatic production of automobiles,the probability of equipment failures on the automobile production line gradually increases with the passage of time.The production efficiency of the car has had a certain impact.This article mainly introduces the replacement of the coating and spraying robot in our coating production line due to frequent aging failures and decreased efficiency.
