摘　　要：目的 探讨Philips Brilliance iCT和MRI术前诊断直肠癌(rectal cancer,RC)分期的价值。方法 选取92例RC患者作为研究对象,患者均在术前接受Brilliance iCT和MRI扫描检查,将Brilliance iCT和MR检查的TN分期结果与病理学检查结果进行对比分析。结果 与病理学检查结果比较,MRI对直肠癌T分期的准确率为89.13%,高于Brilliance iCT的77.17%;MRI对直肠癌N分期的准确率为86.96%,高于Brilliance iCT的73.91%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI对直肠癌N分期的灵敏度为95.00%,高于Brilliance iCT的70.00%;MRI对直肠癌N分期的特异度为85.00%,高于Brilliance iCT的75.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MRI检查对术前诊断直肠癌TN分期的准确率高于Brilliance iCT检查,更具有应用价值。Objective To explore the value of Philips Brilliance iCT and MRI in the preoperative diagnosis of rectal cancer(RC) staging.Methods A total of 92 patients with RC confirmed in the hospital were enrolled.All patients underwent Brilliance iCT and MRI scans before surgery.The examination results of TN staging between Brilliance iCT,MRI and pathological diagnosis were compared.Results Compared with pathological diagnosis,the accuracy rates of MRI in the diagnosis of T staging and N staging of rectal cancer were 89.13% and 86.96%,higher than those of Brilliance iCT(77.17%,73.91%)(P0.05).Conclusion The accuracy rate of MRI is higher than that of Brilliance iCT in the preoperative diagnosis of TN staging of rectal cancer,which is of higher application value.
