摘　　要：分析了河北省产业结构和就业结构的发展趋势,结合职业技能培训的发展困境,提出了构建政行校企运行机制,开发与产业需求相匹配的培训项目,依据培训对象的特点和需求实施差异化培训等策略来提升职业技能培训的精准性。This paper analyzes the development trend of the industrial structure and employment structure in Hebei province.Combining with the development dilemma of vocational skills training,we puts forward strategy to increase the precision of the vocational skills training.The strategy includes the construction of the operation mechanism in the government,the industry,the university and the enterprise,the development of training programs that match the needs of the industry,and the implementation of differentiated training according to the characteristics and needs of the training objects.
