摘  要:采用一款磷酸铁锂软包电池模组,参照国标和某汽车集团电池模组挤压测试要求,对电池模组X、Y、Z方向进行挤压实验。第一次正向(Y向)挤压实验,电池模组前端板挤压失效。通过有限元仿真优化和加强模组端板结构,第二次模组Y向挤压实验通过。分析第一次和第二次Y向挤压实验数据,发现电池模组存在一定的安全边界。按照轻量化设计要求,对加厚的前端板又进行部分结构优化,进行第三次Y向挤压实验,也顺利通过。A LFP pouch cell module was introduced.Based on battery system national standard test and the cell module extrusion test requirements of one Automobile Group,all directions of X/Y/Z of the pouch cell modules extrusion experiments were applied.In the first extrusion experiment,the failure reason of extrusion in the positive Y direction was analyzed.Then the end plate structure of the module was optimized and strengthened accordingly.The second module forward extrusion experiment was passed.It was found that there was a certain safety boundary for the cell module.According to the lightweight requirements of cell module,the thickened front end plate was partially thinned and reduced.Finally,the third forward extrusion experiment passed.
