摘  要:Python作为目前应用广泛且快速发展的编程语言,已经被运用于科学研究的多个方面。随着III-V多结太阳电池结构日趋复杂,人们对电池模型的多元性和复杂度提出了更高的要求。基于Python语言编写太阳电池仿真计算程序,计算晶格失配多结电池理想状态以及非理想状态下的光电转换效率,开展两端/四端III-V/Si电池发光耦合作用分析以及减反射膜电池一体化设计。针对每种计算,首先通过理论分析确定仿真边界条件,然后利用仿真程序进行计算分析,最后对计算结果进行讨论。As a currently widely used and rapidly developing programming language,Python is used in many aspects of scientific research.With the increasing complexity of Ⅲ-Ⅴ multi-junction solar cells,higher requirements for the diversity and complexity of the cell model are required.A solar cell simulation calculation program was used based on Python to calculate the theoretical limit efficiency of the cell under complex multi-junction cell conditions and the efficiency prediction under non-ideal conditions considering multi-factors.The luminescence coupling analysis of two or four terminal Ⅲ-Ⅴ /Si cells and the combined design of anti-reflection membrane cell were carried out.For each calculation,the boundary conditions were determined through theoretical analysis firstly,and then the simulation program was used for calculation and analysis,and finally the calculation results were discussed.
