摘　　要：服务型制造是制造和服务融合发展的新型产业形态,是制造业转型升级的重要方向,对职业教育复合型技能管理人才的培养提出了新要求。本文在分析了现阶段我国发展服务型制造对职业教育人才培养的影响,复合型人才培养模式存在不足的基础上,探讨了未来培养“经营管理人才+专业技术人才+技能人才”服务型制造人才的实践路径。The development of service-oriented manufacturing is the only way to ensure the safety of China’s industrial chain and achieve high-quality development,but it also puts forward higher requirements for the training of vocational education and management talents with compound skills.This article discusses the impact of the development of service-oriented manufacturing on the training of vocational education talents and the shortcomings of the current compound talent training model,and proposes a practical path for the future training of service-oriented manufacturing talents of“management+professional technical”skills.
