摘 要:探索研究中药制剂降脂口服液和温寒平喘口服液在2种不同的六元体系中的水分活度值。参照《食品安全国家标准GB 5009.238-2016》食品水分活度测定的第一法,运用康卫氏皿扩散法在25℃选择NaNO_(3)-NaCl-KBr-KCl-BaCl_(2)-KNO_(3)与SrCl_(2)-NaCl-(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)-Sr(NO_(3))_(2)-BaCl_(2)-K_(2)SO_(4)两种不同的六元体系,经过24 h的水分交换平衡,分别测定中药制剂降脂口服液与温寒平喘口服液的水分活度值。结果表明,将口服液分别置于2种不同的六元体系,使得在6种不同饱和盐溶液环境中,水分随周围环境的变化而变化,经过一段时间口服液中的水分与环境达到平衡,通过测定口服液的质量增减量计算水分活度值,用坐标插值法得出拟合结果,线性关系较好。结果提示,该方法试验结果误差小、精密度高,可用于测定口服液的水分活度,为中药制剂口服液的贮藏和优化处方设计提供了有效支撑。The water activity values of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Jiangzhi oral liquid and Wenhan Pingchuan oral liquid in two different six-component systems were studied.Two different six-element systems,NaNO_(3)-NaCl-KBr-KCl-BaCl_(2)-KNO_(3)and SrCl_(2)-NaCl-(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)-Sr(NO_(3))_(2)-BaCl_(2)-K_(2)SO_(4),were selected at 25℃according to the first method for determination of water activity in food according to GB 5009.238-2016,the water activity values of Jiangzhi oral liquid and Wenhan Pingchuan oral liquid were determined after 24 h of water exchange equilibrium.The oral liquid was placed in two different six-component systems,so that the water content in the oral liquid would change with the change of the surrounding environment in six different saturated salt solutions,the water activity value was obtained by measuring the mass increment and decrement of the oral liquid,and the fitting result and the linear relationship were obtained by the coordinate interpolation method.By using Conway’s dish diffusion method,the water activity values of traditional Chinese medicine preparation(Jiangzhi oral liquid and Wenhan Pingchuan oral liquid)were determined by the mass increment and decrement of NaNO_(3)-NaCl-KBr-KCl-BaCl_(2)-KNO_(3)and SrCl_(2)-NaCl-(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)-Sr(NO_(3))_(2)-BaCl_(2)-K_(2)SO_(4).This method can be used to determine the water activity of oral liquid and provide effective data for the storage of oral liquid of traditional Chinese medicine and the optimization of prescription design.
