摘  要:我国高速铁路建设10多年来,已形成了成熟的铺轨技术体系。新技术、新工艺及大型养路机械的运用对于高速铁路无缝线路铺设具有重要作用。结合我国高速铁路铺设作业流程,总结分析了无砟轨道及有砟轨道钢轨铺设方案,着重介绍了无缝线路铺设中单元焊、配砟与整道及锁定焊的作业流程及施工要点,从全局的角度介绍了大型钢轨铺设施工机械的运用特点及优缺点。In construction of the high speed railway for decades,mature technical system has been formed in rail-laying.The application of new technology and large construction machinery plays an important role in laying seamless high-speed railway line.In this paper,according to high-speed rail-laying process,the rail-laying method was concluded in ballastless track and ballasted track.The welding,seamless raillaying in the cell frantic jumble,whole flux and locking welding process and construction key points were introduced,and the application characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of large construction machinery were introduced from the overall point of view.
