摘　　要：为适应“双一流”建设需要,充分发挥高校公共测试服务平台的支持作用,该文详细介绍了某高校测试中心质量体系建设案例,具体措施包括:在思想上提高认知、提升理念;在制度上明晰质量体系、明确工作机制;在管理上重视政策驱动、条件保障及激励机制建设;在人员上注重业务交流培训、关注工作能力培养。通过上述举措,测试中心质量意识明显增强、质量管理氛围明显改善,保障机制与支持政策实现突破,队伍结构得到改善、人员素质实现提升,业务水平与服务能力显著提高。In order to meet the needs of “Double First-Class” construction and give full play to the supporting role of public testing service platform in colleges and universities, this paper introduces in detail the construction case of the quality system of a university test center, and the specific measures include: improving the cognition and concept in ideology, in the system clear quality system, clear working mechanism, pay attention to policy drive,condition guarantee and incentive mechanism construction in management, pay attention to business communication training and work ability training. Through the above measures, the quality awareness of the test center has been significantly enhanced, the quality management atmosphere has been significantly improved, the guarantee mechanism and support policy have been broken through, the team structure has been improved, the quality of personnel has been improved, and the business level and service ability have been significantly improved.
