摘 要:郑济高铁黄河公铁两用大桥主桥为(112+6×168+112) m连续钢桁梁桥,大桥布置双层桥面,上层通行6线公路、下层通行4线铁路,主梁采用三主桁N形桁架结构,铁路桥面板为带U肋的正交异性钢桥面板,公路桥面板为预制混凝土板。连续钢桁梁中跨采用对称双悬臂架设,两侧边跨采用支架散拼法架设。中跨钢桁梁施工时,在382号中墩设置双侧墩旁托架,采用80 t跨线式龙门吊机架设墩顶2个节间钢桁梁后,利用2台80 t跨线式龙门吊机对称悬臂向南北两端架设钢桁梁;两侧边跨钢桁梁施工时,分别在378号和386号边墩设置拼装支架,各采用1台跨线式龙门吊机向跨中方向散拼架设;在合龙口处设置临时墩,根据敏感性分析和现场监控测量数据分析,采用温差法调整合龙口节点纵向位移,通过长圆孔合龙铰技术、顶拉装置等微调措施,实现了主桥钢桁梁高精度、快速合龙。The main bridge of a Huanghe River Rail-cum-Road Bridge of the Zhengzhou-Jinan High-speed Railway is a continuous steel truss girder bridge with spans of 112 m,6×168 m and 112 m.The bridge has two levels of decks,with the upper deck carrying 6 vehicle lanes and the lower deck accommodating 4 rail tracks.The superstructure,which transversely consists of three trusses(N trusses),carries a lower orthotropic steel railway deck with U ribs and an upper roadway deck of prestressed concrete slabs.The steel trusses in the central span were erected by balanced cantilever assembly,while the steel trusses in the side spans were assembled on scaffolds.During the construction of the central-span steel trusses,brackets were installed besides the intermediate pier No.382,the 80 t-capacity gantry crane was used to erect the trusses of two panels over the pier,afterwards,two 80 t-capacity gantry cranes were used to carry on the erection of the remaining trusses from the tips of the already-erected panels towards the south and north ends of the bridge,respectively.To erect the steel trusses in the side spans,assembly scaffolds were installed at piers No.378 and 386,and one gantry crane was launched from the two piers to assemble the steel trusses towards the midspan.Temporary piers are installed at the closure gaps.As per the sensitivity analysis and on-site monitoring data,the longitudinal displacements of panel points at the closure gap were adjusted by the temperature differential method.Other fine tuning measures,including using the enlarged hinges(routed through round-end holes of bigger length and diameter)and were taken to achieve the rapid closure of the superstructure with high accuracy.
