摘 要:随着我国中产群体规模不断壮大,居民资产保值增值的需求与日俱增。同时,金融改革开放不断扩大,境外投资者持续加大对国内资本市场的投资力度,我国财富管理领域迎来巨大的发展空间,各金融机构加快推进财富管理业务转型。回顾我国商业银行财富管理业务发展的三个阶段,分析现阶段发展存在的主要问题,梳理国际全能型银行财富管理业务转型发展经验,总结为五方面特征,包括组织架构、客群布局、产品体系、专业团队和数字化转型。在此基础上针对我国商业银行财富管理转型发展提出策略建议。with the growing scale of the middle class in China, the demand for maintaining and increasing the value of residents’ assets is increasing day by day. At the same time, with the continuous expansion of financial reform and opening up, foreign investors continue to increase their investment in the domestic capital market, China’s wealth management field has ushered in huge development space, and financial institutions have accelerated the transformation of wealth management business. Reviewing the three stages of the development of wealth management business of China’s commercial banks, analyzing the main problems existing in the current stage of development,combing the experience of the transformation and development of wealth management business of international universal banks, we find out five characteristics, including organizational structure, customer group layout, product system, professional team and digital transformation.On this basis, we put forward some strategic suggestions for the transformation and development of wealth management of China’s commercial banks.
