摘 要:校园欺凌行为涉及不同层次的影响因素,欧美澳各国在多方尝试之后,校园欺凌防治逐渐走向“多方主体联动,多层综合治理”的整合模式。各国的整合防治模式一般从个人层次、同伴团体/班级层次、学校层次三个方面对校园欺凌行为进行防治干预,其对我们当前的校园欺凌行为治理启示是:提升师生对欺凌问题的警觉度;建立多渠道欺凌行为报警机制;构建和谐融洽正向的校园气氛;改变参与者在欺凌中所扮角色;建构反欺凌家校合作伙伴关系。School bullying involves influencing factors of different levels.After making various efforts,some European countries,the USA,and Australia have gradually moved towards an integrated school bullying prevention and governance pattern in which multiple subjects take joint actions and conduct comprehensive governance on multiple levels.Generally,their integrated prevention and governance pattern tackles school bully behavior from the individual level,peer group/class level,and school level.The enlightenment of the pattern to China in governing school bully includes the following:improving teacher and student’s alertness to bullying problems;establishing a multiple channel alert mechanism;construct a harmonious and positive campus atmosphere;transforming participant’s role in bullying;and constructing an anti-bully family-school cooperative partnership.
