摘  要:实践是育人的落脚点,近年来国家高度重视实践育人工作,社会变革驱动高职院校深入探索实践育人模式,当前部分高职院校还存在整体认识不到位、育人体系不健全、效果评价不科学等问题,文章以江苏农牧科技职业学院为例,提出“思政引领、凝聚力量,顶层设计、多阶递进,多措并举、营造氛围”以及“制度保障、平台保障、体系保障”的“三全育人,三重保障”实践育人模式,为新时代高职院校实践育人工作提供了有益参考。Practice is the foothold of educating people. In recent years, the country attaches great importance to practical education. Social reform drives higher vocational colleges to deeply explore the practical education mode. At present, some higher vocational colleges still have some problems, such as inadequate overall understanding, imperfect education system and unscientific effect evaluation. Taking Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College as an example, this paper puts forward the practical education mode of “three-wide education and three guarantees” of “ideological and political guidance, cohesion, top-level design, multi-level progress, simultaneous measures and academic atmosphere” and “system guarantee, platform guarantee and system guarantee”, which provides a useful reference for the practical education of higher vocational colleges in the new era.
