摘 要:为探讨高校教师胜任力、组织支持感知和工作绩效之间的关系及其作用机制,采用自编的高校教师胜任力量表、组织支持感知量表和工作绩效量表,对西部某地区21所本科院校的879名高校教师进行调查。研究发现,研究量表具有良好的聚合效度和判别效度;各维度之间呈显著的正相关;组织支持感知在高校教师胜任力与工作绩效部分维度之间具有调节效应。由此表明,高校教师胜任力可以直接,也可以以组织支持感知为中间变量影响工作绩效,增强高校教师胜任力和组织支持感知有助于改善教师工作绩效。The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship and mechanism among university teachers’ competence,perceived organizational support and job performance. In this paper, 879 university teachers from 21 universities in the west China were investigated with self-compiled university teachers’ competence scale, organizational support perception scale and job performance scale. The study found, it is found that reserach scale have good aggregation and discriminant validity. There is significant positive correlation among all dimensions. Perceived organizational support has a moderating effect on some dimensions of university teachers’ competence and job performance. The results indicate that the competence of university teachers can directly affect the job performance, and the organizational support perception can also be used as an intermediate variable. Enhancing the competence and organizational support perception of university teachers can help improve the job performance of teachers.
