杀菌剂对红叶石楠灰斑病菌的室内毒力测定

摘　　要：对红叶石楠发生的病害进行实地调查和室内研究,根据病害发生的症状特点和病原菌的形态特征,结合相关文献,确定该病害为红叶石楠灰斑病,其病原菌为小孢拟盘多毛孢(Pestalotiopsis microspore)真菌。用5种杀菌剂对分离培养的红叶石楠灰斑病菌的菌丝和孢子进行室内毒力测定,结果显示:15%井冈霉素对红叶石楠灰斑病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发具有良好的抑制效果,EC_(50)分别为0.0613g/L和0.0360g/L;其次是75%百菌清,对其菌丝生长和孢子萌发的EC_(50)分别为0.2627g/L和0.1335g/L;70%乙铝·锰锌对病菌菌丝生长的毒力最弱,EC_(50)为1.1676g/L;65%代森锌对病菌孢子萌发的毒力最弱,EC_(50)为0.6666g/L。Field investigation and laboratory study were carried out on the disease of Photinia fraseri. According to the symptoms of the disease and the morphological characteristics of the pathogen, the disease was identified to be Photinia fraseri gray spot, and its pathogen was Pestalotiopsis microspora on the basis of the related literature. Five fungicides were used to determine the laboratory toxicity of the mycelia and spores of the pathogen. The results showed that 15% Jinggangmycin could well inhibit the mycelial growth and spore germination of Photinia fraseri with EC50 of 0.0613 g/L and 0.0360 g/L. The second was 75% chlorothalonil, mycelial growth and spore germination of Photinia fraseri with EC50 of 0.2627 g/L and 0.1335 g/L. 70% aluminum-mancozbe had the weakest toxicity to mycelia growth, with EC50 of 1.1676 g/L. 65% zineb had the weakest toxicity to spore germination with EC50 of 0.6666 g/L.
