摘 要:分析了不同激光蚀刻技术对陶瓷与复合树脂材料粘接强度的影响。通过扫描电镜观测瓷片表面微观形貌变化,利用光干涉三维表面形貌测量系统测量瓷片表面粗糙度,应用万能力学试验机测试瓷片与树脂柱粘接强度。相较于control组与HF组,NY组与EY组能够有效改变瓷片表面微观形貌,提升瓷片表面粗糙度,增加瓷片与树脂柱粘接强度。综合上述实验数据发现,相较于EY组,NY组瓷片表面微观形貌改变度较大,瓷片表面粗糙度、瓷片与树脂柱粘接强度数值均较高,说明Nd:YAG激光蚀刻技术应用效果优于Er:YAG激光蚀刻应用效果。充分证实Nd:YAG激光蚀刻技术更能提升陶瓷与复合树脂材料粘接强度。The effects of different laser etching techniques on the bonding strength between ceramics and composite resin materials are analyzed.The changes of the surface micromorphology of porcelain are observed by the scanning electron microscope,the surface roughness of porcelain is measured by light interference three-dimensional surface morphology measurement system,and the bonding strength between porcelain and resin column is measured by universal mechanical testing machine.Compared with the control group and HF group,the NY group and EY group can effectively change the surface micromorphology of porcelain,improve the surface roughness of porcelain and increase the bonding strength between porcelain and resin column.Based on the above experimental data,it is found that compared with the EY group,the surface micromorphology of the porcelain in the NY group changes greatly,and the surface roughness of the porcelain and the bonding strength between the porcelain and the resin column are all high,which indicates that the application effect of Nd:YAG laser etching technique is better than that of Er:YAG laser etching.It is fully confirmed that the Nd:YAG laser etching technique can improve the bonding strength between ceramics and composite resin materials.
