摘　　要：目的了解齐齐哈尔市医护人员心理健康状况及其影响因素,为制定心理干预措施提供依据。方法于2021年9月—2022年4月应用一般资料调查表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院和齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院在重大突发公共卫生事件发生时参与一线工作或外出支援的202名医护人员进行调查分析。结果医护人员SCL-90量表总均分为(1.25±0.27)分,低于中国成人常模总均分(1.44±0.43)分。心理症状阳性检出率为10.89%。总均分及9个症状自评因子均分均低于中国成人常模人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。具有外出支援工作经历的医护人员心理症状阳性率高于无此工作经历的医护人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论齐齐哈尔市医护人员心理健康水平良好,具有外出援助工作经历的医护人员更容易出现心理健康问题,需要对其开展针对性心理危机干预和疏导,促进心理健康素养水平的提高。Objective To understand the mental health status of medical staff in Qiqihar and its influencing factors,and to provide a basis for the formulation of psychological intervention measures.Methods From September 2021 to April 2022,202 medical staff from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College who participated in frontline work or went out to support when major public health emergencies occurred were investigated,and analyzed them by general information questionnaire and symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90).Results The total mean score of the SCL-90 scale for medical staff was(1.25±0.27)points,which was lower than the total mean score of the Chinese adult norm(1.44±0.43)points.The positive detection rate of psychological symptoms was 10.89%.The total average score and the average score of 9 symptom self-rating factors were lower than the Chinese adult norm population,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of psychological symptoms of medical staff with work experience of going out to support was higher than that of medical staff without such work experience,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The mental health level of medical staff in Qiqihar City is good,and medical staff with work experience of going out to assist are more prone to mental health problems,and it is necessary to carry out targeted psychological crisis intervention and counseling to promote the improvement of mental health literacy.
