摘　　要：目的基于医院门诊医防融合服务研究甘肃省两家三甲综合医院门诊患者就医体检,分析门诊医防融合及基本服务的薄弱环节,提出优化门诊服务合理性建议。方法2021年6—9月,用问卷星收集甘肃两家综合型三甲医院门诊有效问卷1036份。从人口学基本特征、医防融合服务措施以及门诊基本服务分析两家医院门诊就医体验现况、服务差异性及影响因素。结果被调查患者身份、性别、所陪同患者年龄、教育程度、挂号方式以及就诊医生职称方面不同,门诊就医体验评价对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医防融合服务中A医院优于B医院,门诊基本服务中A医院在卫生间清洁状况优于B医院,B医院等候医生接诊和电梯效率比A医院更高效,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);所陪同患者年龄是就医体验评价的关键影响因素(P<0.05)。结论人口学特征影响患者门诊就医体验的基本评价;A医院门诊医防融合服务方面优于B医院;B医院门诊基本服务方面比A医院更高效;所陪同患者年龄是就医体验评价的关键影响因素。Objective To study the medical examination of outpatients in two tertiary general hospitals in Gansu Province based on the integrated service of outpatient medical care and prevention,analyze the weak links of outpatient medical prevention integration and basic services,and put forward reasonable suggestions for optimizing outpatient services.Methods From June to September 2021,1036 valid outpatient questionnaires were collected from two comprehensive tertiary hospitals in Gansu with Questionnaire Star.From the basic demographic characteristics,medical-prevention integration service measures and basic outpatient services,the current situation of outpatient medical treatment experience,service differences and influencing factors in the two hospitals were analyzed.Results The different patient's identity,gender,age,education level,registration method,and professional title of visiting doctors of the comparison of outpatient medical experience,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hospital A was better than hospital B in medical-prevention integration ser vices,and among the basic outpatient services,the cleanliness of toilets in hospital A was better than that in hospital B,and the efficiency of waiting for doctors and elevators in hospital B was more efficient than that in hospital A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The age of accompanying patients was a key influencing factor in the evaluation of medical experience(P<0.05).Conclusion Demographic characteristics affect the basic evaluation of patients'outpatient medical experience.Hospital A is better than Hospital B in terms of outpatient medical and preventive integration services.Hospital B is more efficient than Hospital A in basic outpatient services.The age of accompanying patients is a key influencing factor in the evaluation of medical experience.
