人力资源管理视角下的现代医院文化建设探析

摘　　要：医院体系中最为重要的环节就是医院文化,医院文化是医院发展的灵魂和动力,对于医院文化的重视程度也直接影响医院工作人员的工作效率,而且能够调动医院工作人员积极性,为医院良好的形象建设作出贡献。当下,大部分医院都需要针对院内文化建设不断完善,进一步提升文化素养,使医院形象独具特色,这对于医院未来发展有着积极影响。想要实现医院有序发展主要依靠医院员工实现,人力资源属于医院管理员工的首要资源,只有基于人力资源管理实施医院文化建设才可以为医院未来飞速发展奠定基础。因此怎么将人力资源管理与现代医院文化建设融合属于目前需要重点关注的部分,本文主要分析了现代医院文化建设在人力资源管理视角下的建设。The most important link in the hospital system is the hospital culture.The hospital culture is the soul and driving force of the development of the hospital.The degree of emphasis on the hospital culture also directly affects the work efficiency of the hospital staff.Moreover,it can mobilize the enthusiasm of hospital staff and contribute to the construction of a good image of the hospital.At present,most hospitals need to continuously improve the cultural construction in the hospital,further enhance the cultural literacy,and make the hospital image unique,which will have a positive impact on the future development of the hospital.To achieve the orderly development of the hospital mainly depends on the hospital staff.Human resources are the primary resources of the hospital management staff.Only by implementing the hospital culture construction based on the human resource management can lay the foundation for the rapid development of the hospital in the future.Therefore,how to integrate human resource management and modern hospital culture construction is a part that needs to be focused on at present.This article mainly analyzes the construction of modern hospital culture construction from the perspective of human resource management.
