摘 要:运用PDCA循环管理法,解决医院儿保门诊温控不佳的问题,提升儿保门诊房间温度舒适达标率。建立健全后勤班组定期巡检制度和后勤设备维护保养制度,及时更换落后设备,形成长效管理机制。促进后勤班组运用管理手段和工具在实践工作中去发现、分析和解决问题,开展自下而上的管理模式,提高自我管理水平。进而进一步提升患者满意度,降低后勤保障运营成本,促进医院后勤机电设备智慧化管理。The PDCA cycle management method is used to solve the problem of poor temperature control in the hospital's child care outpatient clinic,and to improve the room temperature comfort rate of the child care outpatient clinic.Establish and improve the regular inspection system of logistics teams and logistics equipment maintenance system,replace outdated equipment in time,and form a long-term management mechanism.Promote the use of management methods and tools in the logistics team to discover,analyze and solve problems in practical work,carry out a bottom-up management model,and improve the level of self-management.This will further improve patient satisfaction,reduce logistical support operating costs,and promote the intelligent management of hospital logistical mechanical and electrical equipment.
