摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析、专家访谈等方法,探析“双减”背景下青少年体育培训业发展的契机与困境,并提出发展对策。我国青少年体育培训业发展契机:从顶层设计构建理想教育生态的政策导向,“双减”东风促进青少年体育消费提质增效的需求导向,社会资本集聚助力青少年体育培训业跨越式增长的产业导向。发展困境:监管主体不明确,相关权责边界模糊;行业准入标准不高,教练员资质较低;收费价格参差不齐,机构盈利能力较差;区域分布不均衡,场地资源稀缺。据此提出发展对策:强化顶层设计,加大政府扶持力度;健全制度体系,净化培训收费环境;加强行业自律,完善人才培养模式;优化资源配置,促进区域协调发展。By using the methods of literature review, logical analysis and expert interview, this paper analyzed the opportunity and dilemma of the development of youth sports training industry under the background of double reduction policy, and put forward development countermeasures.The development opportunity of youth sports training industry in China is the policy orientation of constructing ideal education ecology from the top-level design, the demand orientation of double reduction policy to promote youth sports consumption improving quality and efficiency, and the industrial orientation of social capital agglomeration to help youth sports training industry leap forward. Development dilemma: The supervision subject is not clear and the boundary of relevant powers and responsibilities is fuzzy, the industry access standard is not high and the coach qualifi cation is low, the charging price is uneven and the profi tability of the organization is poor, and the regional distribution is not balanced and the site resources are scarce. Accordingly, this paper put forward development countermeasures: We should enhance the top-level design and increase government support, improve the system and purify the training charging environment, strengthen industry selfdiscipline and perfect talent training mode, and optimize resource allocation to promote coordinated development among regions.
