高校马克思主义学院对口协作的现实困境与实践路径探析

摘　　要：高校马克思主义学院对口协作的现实困境突出表现为对口协作共识有待增强、对口协作优势有待聚合、对口协作一体推进有待完善。对口协作组织领导体制不够完善、对口协作主体责任落实不够明确、对口协作运行机制协同效力不足是造成高校马克思主义学院对口协作欠佳的主要原因。坚持多措并举,持续深化高校马克思主义学院对口协作,要落实目标高远、思路清晰的工作部署,建立职责明确、上下齐心的管理体制,健全多元协同、执行有力的运行机制。The realistic dilemma of counterpart collaboration of Marxism schools in colleges and universities is that the consensus of counterpart collaboration needs to be enhanced, the advantages of counterpart collaboration needs to be aggregated, and the promotion of counterpart collaboration as a whole needs to be improved. The main reasons for the poor collaboration are the lack of a complete leadership system, the lack of clarity in the implementation of the main responsibility of the collaboration, and the lack of synergy in the operation mechanism of the collaboration. To adhere to multiple measures and continue to deepen the counterpart collaboration of university Marxist colleges, it is necessary to implement a work plan with lofty goals and clear ideas, to establish a management system with clear responsibilities and concerted efforts, and to improve the operation mechanism with multiple synergies and powerful implementation.
