摘　　要：目的:探讨Nd:YAG激光仪治疗白内障手术后后囊混浊效果及参数设定临床应用价值与优势性。方法:选择2019年4月~2020年4月就诊于本院且接受手术治疗的白内障手术后后囊混浊78例(90眼)患者,对其实施Nd:YAG激光仪治疗,对治疗前、后患者视力情况进行检查,并记录治疗前、后不同时间段患者的眼压变化情况。观察治疗后,患者眼部是否有相关不良反应出现。结果:治疗后,患者的视力状况优于治疗前,比较有差异性(P<0.05)。治疗前与治疗后3h、治疗后1d以及治疗后3d比较,不存在明显差异性(P>0.05)。78例患者在治疗期间,眼压升高1例,玻璃体混浊5例,玻璃体前界膜破裂4例,总发生率为12.82%。结论:针对白内障手术后后囊混浊患者应用Nd:YAG激光仪治疗有着较高的临床应用价值。选择正确的治疗时机、治疗期根据患者实际情况调整相关参数,医师熟练掌握手术操作技巧,可进一步提高患者的视力状况,还可保证治疗安全性,对眼压不易产生较大影响,确保预后。Objective:To investigate the clinical value and advantage of Nd:YAG laser instrument in treating posterior capsule opacification after cataract surgery.Methods:78 patients(90 eyes)with posterior capsular opacification after cataract surgery who were hospitalized in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected.They were treated with Nd:YAG laser.The vision of patients before and after treatment was checked,and the changes of intraocular pressure before and after treatment were recorded.Observe whether there are related adverse reactions in the eyes of patients after treatment.Results:After treatment,the visual acuity of the patients was better than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference before and 3 hours after treatment,1 day after treatment and 3 days after treatment(P>0.05).During the treatment,78 patients had elevated intraocular pressure in 1 case,vitreous opacity in 5 cases,and rupture of anterior limiting membrane in 4 cases,with a total incidence of 12.82%.Conclusion:The application of Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of posterior capsular opacification after cataract surgery is of high clinical value.Choosing the right time for treatment and adjusting the relevant parameters according to the actual situation of the patient during the treatment period can further improve the patient’s vision,ensure the safety of treatment,not easily affect the intraocular pressure,and ensure the prognosis.
