呼吸机在大面积脑梗死合并呼吸衰竭患者治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析呼吸机在大面积脑梗死合并呼吸衰竭患者治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年6月本院收治的74例大面积脑梗死合并呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,基于不同治疗方式将患者分为两组,对照组患者采用鼻导管吸氧治疗,观察组患者采用呼吸机开展双水平正压通气治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分、生命体征指标和血气分析指标,以及治疗有效率。结果:治疗前两组患者的神经功能缺损评分、生命体征指标和血气分析指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组神经功能缺损评分、生命体征指标和血气分析指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总治疗有效率为97.30%,显著高于对照组患者的81.08%(P<0.05)。结论:对大面积脑梗死合并呼吸衰竭患者应用呼吸机进行辅助治疗,可以显著提升治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the application value of ventilator in the treatment of patients with massive cerebral infarction combined with respiratory failure.Methods:74 patients with massive cerebral infarction complicated with respiratory failure in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with nasal catheter oxygen inhalation,while patients in the observation group were treated with bilevel positive pressure ventilation.The neurological deficit score,vital signs,blood gas analysis and treatment efficiency of the two groups were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in neurological deficit score,vital sign index and blood gas analysis index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit score,vital sign index and blood gas analysis index of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.30%,which was significantly higher than 81.08%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ventilator in the adjuvant treatment of patients with large-area cerebral infarction complicated with respiratory failure can significantly improve the treatment effect.
