摘　　要：RCEP协定是全球涵盖人口最多、最具潜力的自贸区,通过跨境电商直播开拓国际市场是数字经济时代的营销利器,但人才缺乏成为行业发展的瓶颈。跨境电商为高校新设专业,目前跨境电商直播人才培养仍存在较多问题,加之RCEP各协定国涉及直播的电力供应、网络速度、物流运输和主流电商平台的要求等存在差异,社交群体特征和社交媒体应用也不尽相同,导致行业人才培养状况更为复杂。本文基于客观现实,建议由政府主导,形成“政、校、行、企”国际合作模式,开发职业标准、改革课程内容与教法,切实提升师资水平,构建创业与就业人才的可持续发展生态。The RCEP agreement is a free trade zone with the largest population and the most potential in the world.It is a marketing tool in the digital economy era to open up the international market through cross-border e-commerce live broadcast,but the lack of talent has become a bottleneck for industiral development.Cross border e-commerce is a new major in colleges and universities.At present,there are many problems in the training of cross-border e-commerce live broadcast talents.What’s more,there are diff erences in the power supply,network speed,logistics and transportation requirements of live broadcast in RCEP countries,as well as the characteristics of social groups and social media applications,which result in the more complex situation of industry talent training.Based on the objective reality,this paper suggests that the government should take the lead to form an international cooperation model of"government,school,industry and enterprise",develop professional standards,reform curriculum content and teaching methods,effectively improve the level of teachers,and build a sustainable development ecology for entrepreneurial and employment talents.
