摘 要:为了减轻行李转盘的质量、降低制造成本,课题组进行了轻量化设计。课题组利用SolidWorks建立了进港行李转盘主要承载部件机架的实体模型,使用ANSYS Workbench模块对机架进行静力学分析与动力学模态分析;对机架中的支撑立板结构进行拓扑优化,根据优化结果对机架进行轻量化设计。仿真结果表明:轻量化后的机架满足设计要求,且质量降低了20.35%。该研究方法实现了轻量化设计的目标,降低了生产制造成本,提升了产品的竞争力。In order to reduce the mass and the manufacturing cost of the baggage carousel, the lightweight design was carried out. The solid model of the frame, which is the main load-bearing part of the inbound baggage carousel, was established by SolidWorks, and the statics analysis and modal analysis of the frame were carried out by ANSYS Workbench module;the topology optimization of the support plate structure in the frame were adopted, and the lightweight design of the frame was carried out according to the optimization results. The simulation results show that the proposed lightweight frame meets the design requirements and its mass is reduced by 20.35%. The study achieves the goal of lightweight design, reduces the production and manufacturing cost and improves the product competitiveness.
