摘 要:基于地质矿物启发可将地球上自然存在的材料结构和生物功能作为灵感来源去观察、设计、制造和应用,能为研究者提供原始创新思路与迭代优化方法,促进高性能、高持久、高附加值的绿色低碳生态产品研发,不仅提升人们的美好生活水平,同时保护地球的宜居环境。本文首次提出地质启发的先进制造理念(Geo-inspired Advanced Manufacturing),基于生物地质矿物材料与结构分析,利用增材制造成形技术探索可穿戴结构创新设计及其产品研发应用。本研究以玻璃海绵为地质矿物结构启发对象,分析其矿物材料组成、结构以及性能,依此为原始创新思路来设计并优化仿生玻璃海绵孔状晶格结构,基于高性能钛合金增材制造技术,加工成形高强度、耐疲劳、轻质可穿戴结构;并进一步以手部穿戴健康时尚产品的需求与特点,提出基于增材制造技术的地质矿物启发产品设计制造方法,探究了玻璃海绵结构在手指和腕掌关节固定产品的设计创新与研发方向。最后,对基于地质矿物启发的可穿戴结构创新设计与增材制造研究方向进行了分析与展望,探讨了多功能高性能手部穿戴产品研发与可制造性,以及利用宝石材料与首饰创作提升产品时尚与装饰价值的可行性。Geo-inspiration can combine existing material structures and biological functions on earth to observe,design,manufacture,and apply,providing researchers with innovative ideas and iterative optimization methods.It also can promote research and the creation of green and low-carbon eco-products with high performance,high durability,and high added value,as well as enhance living standards for people and protect the livable environment for the earth.This paper proposed the geo-inspired advanced manufacturing conception for the first time.It means to explore the innovative design and product application of wearable structures based on the geo-inspired mineral materials,structures and advanced manufacturing technology.In addition,this research takes the glass sponge as the geo-inspiration object to analyze mineral material,structure and properties.Then uses these as the original innovative idea to design the glass sponge lattice structure(GSLS)and to process a high-strength,fatigue-resistant,lightweight wearable structure based on additive manufacturing technology with high-performance titanium alloy.Furthermore,this paper provides a method of designing and manufacturing geo-inspiration products based on additive manufacturing technology according to the demand and characteristics of healthy and fashionable hand-wearable products.It also explores the application of GSLS on hand-wearable products to fixation,protection and treatment for finger and wrist metacarpal joints.Finally,this paper prospects the research direction of wearable structure design based on geo-inspiration and additive manufacturing,and discusses the manufacturability of multi-functional and high-performance hand-wearable products,and the feasibility of using gemstones and jewelry design to enhance the fashion and decorative value of products.
