摘　　要：信息技术发展日新月异,用人单位招聘流程越来越趋向于智能化、网络化。综合测评系统很受用人单位的青睐。本系统实现了大学生在线投递简历、答题、实时查看排名、查看智能推荐职位等功能,同时也减轻了招聘单位的负担;该系统的应用明显提高了用人单位管理大学毕业生信息的效率,也为大学毕业生的求职提供了极大的便利。The development of information technology is developing rapidly,the recruitment process of employers is becoming more and more intelligent and networked,and the comprehensive evaluation system is very popular with employers.The system realizes the functions of college students online delivering resumes,answering questions,real-time viewing rankings,viewing intelligent recommended positions,etc.,and also reduces the burden of recruiting units.The application of this system significantly improves the efficiency of employers managing university graduate information,and also provides great convenience for college graduates to find jobs.
