摘 要:路面随机激励和弹炮接触力等多源激励下坦克炮身管动态弯曲问题是目前制约坦克行进间射击精度的关键因素。通过谐波叠加法及改进的L-N接触碰撞算法表征路面随机激励和弹炮接触力等多源激励影响;基于动态联合仿真方法,建立了考虑身管柔性的坦克行进间机电液耦合动力学模型,计算并分析了多源激励下坦克行进间射击过程中的身管动态弯曲问题。研究结果表明:坦克行进间射击时,身管动态弯曲受弹炮耦合作用影响较小,其主要是自重与路面激励耦合影响下的综合表现;在对高速机动坦克射击精度误差进行修正时,应该综合考虑身管动态弯曲造成的影响。Dynamic bending of tank gun barrel under multi-source excitation,such as,road random excitation and projectile-gun contact force is the key factor to restrict firing accuracy of tank during its moving.Here,effects of road random excitation and projectile-barrel contact force were characterized with the harmonic superposition method and improved L-N contact collision algorithm.Based on the dynamic joint-simulation method,the mechanical-electric-hydraulic coupled dynamic model of tank during its moving considering its barrel flexibility was established,and the dynamic bending problem of barrel in firing process of tank during its moving under multi-source excitation was calculated and analyzed.The results showed that dynamic bending of tank barrel is less affected by projectile-barrel coupled effect when moving tank firing,barrel dynamic bending mainly is a comprehensive performance under its self-weight and road excitation coupled effect;when firing accuracy error of high-speed mobile tank is corrected,effects caused by dynamic bending of tank gun barrel should be comprehensively considered.
