摘 要:为了解消落区植被生态恢复整体情况,采用实地调研、查阅文献资料和专家评估等方式对已实施的植被生态恢复典型项目进行评估,研究认为人工干预有利于加快消落区植被自然生态恢复,且已初步形成了多个技术工程方法和运行管理机制。结合生态恢复现状及制约因素,根据不同消落区定位提出了植被生态恢复的目标和恢复路线。从编制消落区植被生态恢复具体实施方案、形成生态恢复成套技术体系、完善消落区后续管理机制等方面,提出了建议。Typical implemented projects of ecological restoration were evaluated by means of field investigation,literature review and expert assessment to better understand the overall situation of vegetation ecological restoration in the fluctuating zone of the Three Gorges Reservoir.It is concluded that artificial intervention is conducive to the natural ecological restoration of vegetation in the fluctuating zone.Technical methods and operational management mechanisms have been preliminarily formed.The objectives and routes of vegetation ecological restoration are proposed according to the positioning of fluctuating areas in line with the current situation and restraints.Suggestions are also put forward from aspects of formulating specific implementation plan,forming a complete set of ecological restoration technology and improving the follow-up management mechanism.
