摘  要:矫形是矫直和矫圆的统称,是型材生产中的必要工序之一。往复弯曲在辊式矫形工艺中被广泛应用。通过往复弯曲,矫直工艺将待矫型材长度方向各截面的不同初始曲率统一为零,矫圆工艺将待矫型材周向方向各截面的不同初始曲率统一为名义曲率。综述了近年来关于往复弯曲弹复及其矫形工艺的研究工作,主要包括往复弯曲曲率统一原理和三辊矫圆工艺、辊式矫直工艺、三辊连续复合矫形工艺、多点柔性往复弯曲矫直工艺以及旋转弯曲矫直工艺的工程应用。研究成果从理论上揭示了往复弯曲统一曲率原理,丰富了矫形工艺方法和理论模型,实现了矫形工艺参数的优化,可用于指导矫形工艺的工程实践。Reshaping is a general term for straightening and rounding,which is one of the necessary processes in profile production.Reciprocating bending is widely used in the roller reshaping process.Through reciprocating bending,the different initial curvatures of each section in the length direction of the straightening profile are unified as 0 in straightening process,and the different initial curvatures of each section in the circumferential direction of the rounding profile are unified as the nominal curvatures in rounding process.The recent research work on reciprocating bending springback and reshaping technology was reviewed,which mainly included the uniform curvature principle of reciprocating bending and the engineering applications of three-roller rounding process,roller straightening process,three-roller continuous and synchronous reshaping process,multi-point flexible reciprocating bending straightening process and rotary bending straightening process.The research results theoretically reveal the uniform curvature principle of reciprocating bending,enrich the reshaping process methods and theoretical models,and realize the optimization of reshaping process parameters,which can guide the engineering practice of reshaping process.
