摘  要:针对超高强薄带钢板形矫直问题,采用拉矫机与多辊矫直机的组合矫直对超高强薄带钢的板形具有良好的综合控制效果。对组合设备矫直过程的力学模型进行了抽象简化,利用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件建立了组合设备的二维有限元模型,以HC1150/1400MS马氏体钢为研究对象,对共张力的两弯两矫与11辊多辊矫直组合设备工作过程中带钢的弹塑性变形行为进行了研究。结果表明,组合矫直设备中拉矫机组产生的伸长率明显小于多辊矫直机组产生的伸长率,且多辊矫直机组具有均匀上下表面伸长差的功效;入口张力对矫直后伸长率变化的影响较为显著,对矫直后带钢上下表面伸长差的变化基本无影响;设置合理的多辊矫直压下量不仅可以保证矫直后带钢达到预设伸长率,并且可以使得矫直后翘曲高度控制在合理范围内。最后,通过对比不同规格带钢矫直过程中的塑性变形行为,得到了张力与插入深度的合理设置方案。Aiming at the problem of sheet shape straightening of ultra-high strength thin strip steel, the combination of tension straightening machine and multi-roll straightening machine has a good comprehensive control effect on the shape of ultra-high strength thin strip steel.The mechanical model of the combined equipment during straightening process was abstracted and simplified, and a two-dimensional finite element model of the combined equipment was established by ABAQUS finite element simulation software. Taking HC1150/1400 MS martensitic steel as the research object, the elastic-plastic deformation behavior of the strip steel during the working process of the combined equipment of two-bend and two-straightening with common tension and 11 rolls of multi-roll straightening was studied.The results show that the elongation of the tension straightening machine unit in the combined straightening equipment is obviously smaller than that of the multi-roll straightening machine unit, and the multi-roll straightening machine unit has the effect of elongation difference between the upper and lower surfaces. The effect of inlet tension on the change of elongation after straightening is significant, but it has no effect on the change of elongation difference between upper and lower surfaces after straightening.Setting a reasonable multi-roll straightening pressure amount can not only ensure the strip steel reaches the preset elongation after straightening, but also control the warpage height within a reasonable range after straightening. Finally, by comparing the plastic deformation behavior of different specifications of strip steels during straightening process, a reasonable setting scheme of tension and insertion depth was given.
