疫情防控期间一线护士压力知觉的影响因素探析

摘　　要：探究新冠肺炎疫情防控期间一线护士压力知觉的影响因素及积极心理资本在焦虑敏感性与压力知觉之间的作用,为降低一线护士压力知觉提供依据。于2021年12月―2022年1月应用一般资料调查表、积极心理资本、焦虑敏感性指数及压力知觉量表对X市8所医院的475名一线护士进行调查。结果显示,护士压力知觉在年龄、工作年限、职称及工资待遇方面的差异有统计学意义;压力知觉与焦虑敏感性呈正相关、与积极心理资本呈负相关,焦虑敏感性与积极心理资本呈负相关。焦虑敏感性不仅可以直接预测压力知觉,而且可以通过积极心理资本负向影响压力知觉。因此,新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,可以通过加强护士积极心理资本使他们能够获得有效的压力应对策略,进而减轻其焦虑和压力知觉,更好地为患者提供优质的护理服务。To explore the influencing factors of perceived stress among frontline nurses during COVID-19,and the role of positive psychological capital in anxiety sensitivity and stress perception,so as to provide evidence for reducing the perceived stress of frontline nurses.From December 2021 to January 2022,475 frontline nurses from 8 hospitals in X city were investigated by general data questionnaire,positive psychological capital,anxiety sensitivity index and perceived stress scale.The results showed that there were significant differences in nurses perceived stress in age,working years,professional title and salary.Perceived stress was positively correlated with anxiety sensitivity,negatively correlated with positive psychological capital,and anxiety sensitivity was negatively correlated with positive psychological capital.Anxiety sensitivity can not only directly predict perceived stress,but also negatively affect perceived stress through positive psychological capital.Therefore,during the epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19,nurses can obtain effective stress coping strategies by strengthening their positive psychological capital,thus reducing their anxiety and perceived stress,and better providing high-quality nursing services for patients.
