摘　　要：新形势下为了贯彻习近平总书记关于教师队伍建设的系列重要讲话精神,全面贯彻落实全国、全省教育大会精神,增强教师爱岗敬业、无私奉献的精神,构建具备良好的师德、专业能力较强的教师人才队伍,应着重研究高校教师立德树人的内涵,探索更多的沟通路径,旨在为培养高校教师立德树人的良好理念和能力提供保障。Under the new situation,in order to implement the spirit of a series of important speeches by general secretary Xi Jinping on the construction of teachers'ranks,comprehensively implement the spirit of the national and provincial education conference,enhance teachers'devotion to work and dedication,and build a high quality teachers'team with good professional ethics and professional ability,we should focus on studying the connotation of the teachers'morality in Colleges and universities.Seeking more communication paths aims to provide guarantee for the cultivation of good ideas and abilities of university teachers.
