摘　　要：以西部某普通高校为例,通过问卷调查,了解医学生创新创业教育现状。结果表明:创业课程体系不完善,校园创业氛围较差,医学生受多方面影响导致创业意愿不足。文章对存在的问题进行反思并提出相应对策,以期为地方院校医学生创新创业教育与管理提供参考。Taking an ordinary university in the west as an example,through a questionnaire survey,the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical students is understood.The results show that the entrepreneurship curriculum system is not perfect,the campus entrepreneurship atmosphere is poor,and medical students are affected by various factors,resulting in insufficient willingness to start a business.This paper reflects on the existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to provide reference for the innovation and entrepreneurship education and management of medical students in local colleges and universities.
