摘  要:树立正确人才观,努力培养数以亿计的高素质劳动者和技术技能人才是国家赋予职业教育的重要使命。职业院校的学生虽然文化素质普遍偏低,但按照美国教育家加德纳的多元智能理论,每个学习者身上至少有可开发的7项智能。该文从“人人成才”理念出发,通过对该理念下机械类人才培养目标的研究,推动机械类人才培养向更好的方向发展,为机械装备制造业促进区域经济发展提供更好的人力支撑。It is an important mission of vocational education given by our country to establish a correct concept of talents and strive to cultivate hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and technical talents.Although the cultural quality of vocational college students is generally low,according to Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences,every learner has at least seven intelligences that can be developed.This paper starts from the concept of"everyone becomes a talent",through the research on the training objectives of mechanical talents under the concept,to promote the development of mechanical talents in a better direction,and to provide better human support for the mechanical equipment manufacturing industry to promote regional economic development.
